A workshop that also produces events.

ABC PLANDEKI is based in Kraków. Our core work is the manufacture of made-up textile articles other than apparel, such as covers, tarpaulins and canopies, and of metal structures.

Because we build the physical frame of an event, we also plan and run the event around it: exhibitions, performances, conventions and community programmes.

Good events are built twice. First in the workshop, then on site.

What we do

Six service areas for organisations that need a space, a programme, or both.

Event organisation

Concept, schedule, logistics and on-site coordination. Where the event needs a structure, we can build it ourselves: a canopy, a stage frame, a covered area.

  • Cultural events

    Festivals, open-air evenings and community gatherings, planned with venues and local partners.

  • Performing arts

    Production support for theatre, music and dance: staging, seating layout and technical coordination.

  • Visual arts and creative projects

    Exhibition display systems, installations and custom textile and metal pieces for artists and institutions.

  • Conventions and trade shows

    Stand construction, branded fabric surfaces, signage and visitor flow for company exhibitors.

  • Entertainment and recreation

    Family days, sports and leisure activities, with covered and secured outdoor areas.
